Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Computer Hardware Technician, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Technician will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop computers and peripherals. The role involves diagnosing hardware issues, providing support for printers and related devices, and ensuring smooth hardware functionality to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include periodic system maintenance and collaborating with team members to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Desktop Computers and performing Computer Maintenance
- Strong Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving hardware issues
- Experience in providing Hardware Support for various IT devices
- Knowledge of Printer Support and peripheral device maintenance
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Capability to adapt to both office-based and remote work environments
- Diploma or certification in Computer Hardware or related technical field is preferred
- Previous experience in computer hardware maintenance and support is advantageous
