<br><strong>Overview</strong>
</div><div>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System & Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in networking, cloud technologies, and modern identity management solutions, with a focus on Microsoft ecosystems.</div><div>
<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure including managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points </li>
<li>Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues </li>
<li>Plan and execute cloud migrations from on-premise environments to Microsoft 365 and Azure </li>
<li>Manage and support <strong>Microsoft 365 (O365)</strong> services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive </li>
<li>Administer <strong>Azure Active Directory / Entra ID</strong>, including user provisioning, group policies, conditional access, and identity security </li>
<li>Implement and maintain hybrid environments integrating on-premise Active Directory with cloud identity platforms </li>
<li>Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies </li>
<li>Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance of servers and network devices </li>
<li>Support virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware) and server infrastructure </li>
<li>Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and procedures </li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure improvements and IT solutions </li>
</ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>3–5+ years of experience in system and network engineering or similar role </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching) </li>
<li>Hands-on experience with managed switches, firewalls, and wireless access points </li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations </li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>Azure AD / Entra ID</strong> and identity management </li>
<li>Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure </li>
<li>Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure including Windows Server and Active Directory </li>
<li>Familiarity with VPN technologies and network security best practices </li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills </li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment </li>
<li>Certifications such as: <ul>
<li>Microsoft (Azure Administrator, M365) </li>
<li>CompTIA Network+ or Security+ </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning </li>
<li>Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell preferred) </li>
