Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Aided Design (CAD) Engineer, based in the Pune Division. The CAD Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing 3D CAD models, creating detailed technical drawings, and collaborating on mechanical design projects. Key tasks include working on physical design and CAD systems, assisting in the development and analysis of engineering designs, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing and assembly specifications. The engineer will also leverage EDA tools and support the design and upgrade of industrial machinery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools such as SolidWorks or CATIA
- Experience in Physical Design and Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of EDA tools and expertise with platforms like Cadence
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to create precise technical drawings and models
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial machinery or automation systems design is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune Division
