Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Aided Design Draftsman role based in Gwalior. The draftsman will prepare detailed technical and engineering drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and relevant standards. Daily responsibilities include interpreting design inputs, collaborating with engineers and architects, updating and revising drawings as needed, and maintaining organized drawing files and documentation. The role also involves reviewing drawings for errors, coordinating with project teams to clarify specifications, and supporting the design process from initial concept through to final deliverables.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), with proficiency in industry-standard CAD software.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings to create precise and compliant design documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Drawing and Architectural Drawings for translating concepts into clear visual and structural representations.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
- Attention to detail, strong spatial and visualization ability, and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, standards, and construction documents.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams on-site in Gwalior.
- Prior experience in drafting or design within engineering or construction projects is an advantage.
