Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman / CAD Designer with an Architecture background to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about architectural drafting, interior layouts, and design documentation. The candidate will support the design and execution of Command & Control Centres, Control Rooms, AV Integration Projects, and Corporate Infrastructure Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Create furniture layouts, false ceiling layouts, electrical coordination drawings, and interior fit-out drawings.
- Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings for project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, AV consultants, and engineering teams.
- Assist in site measurements and update drawings based on site conditions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing BOQs and material quantity calculations.
- Support project teams during design, execution, and handover stages.
Eligibility
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply (0–1 Year Experience).
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings, interior layouts, elevations, and sections.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, or similar software will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Understanding of architectural and interior design standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and material estimation is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
