Job Overview:
We are looking for a CAD Designer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will primarily work on CAD designing and development of Smart Lockers, along with related mechanical and sheet metal components.
Role Description
- Create 2D drawings & 3D models of Smart Lockers, components, and assemblies.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
- Design sheet metal parts such as panels, doors, brackets, frames, and enclosures.
- Modify designs based on production requirements and feedback.
- Coordinate with production and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and production-ready.
- Maintain CAD files, drawings, and design revisions.
- Assist in improving existing products and developing new Smart Locker designs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
- Good knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
- Understanding of sheet metal design and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
