Role Description The Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, creating and refining detailed technical and construction drawings for waste management products and related systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing 2D and 3D CAD models, preparing design layouts and schematics, and ensuring that all drawings comply with engineering standards and project requirements. The role involves collaborating with design engineers and project teams, updating designs based on feedback, and maintaining accurate documentation of all design files. The CAD Designer will also support prototype development by providing precise drawings and assisting in design reviews to improve product functionality and manufacturability.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Design Engineering.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing for clear visual representation of concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings for product and system implementation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, standards, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in product design, manufacturing, or environmental/waste management projects is an advantage.
