Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer & Accounts Trainer based in the Greater Delhi Area. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing and managing course curriculum, and providing guidance and support to students. The role also involves creating an engaging learning environment, evaluating students' progress, and fostering their technical and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Computer Science and Programming concepts
- Experience in Curriculum Development and ability to create effective training materials
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students and explain complex concepts
- Proven Teaching experience or capabilities in conducting training sessions
- Ability to mentor and motivate students to achieve their learning goals
- Proficiency in accounting software and principles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
