What We’re Looking For
- M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry / Cheminformatics / Bioinformatics
- 5–8 years experience in CRO / Pharma / Biotech (small molecule discovery)
- Strong hands-on expertise in CADD tools & modeling techniques
- Proficiency in Python or scripting for automation
- Exposure to ADME/Tox prediction & AI/ML is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Apply Structure-Based & Ligand-Based Drug Design (SBDD & LBDD)
- Perform Molecular Docking, QSAR, Pharmacophore Modeling & Virtual Screening
- Interpret SAR data and drive lead optimization
- Collaborate with Medicinal Chemistry, Biology & DMPK teams
- Build automation workflows using Python/scripting
- Explore and integrate AI/ML approaches in drug discovery
