This is your opportunity to play a vital role in designing, managing, and securing advanced network environments across multiple client sites.<br><br>

<strong> What You’ll Do:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead the <strong>design, implementation, and support</strong> of scalable network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, etc.)</li>
<li>
<strong>Monitor and optimize</strong> network performance, availability, and security using industry best practices</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve <strong>complex network issues</strong>, escalating and coordinating with vendors as needed</li>
<li>Configure and maintain <strong>VLANs, STP, LACP, QoS</strong>, and security protocols</li>
<li>Administer <strong>Windows Server environments</strong>, Active Directory, and Office 365</li>
<li>Manage virtualization platforms including <strong>VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure</strong>
</li>
<li>Oversee <strong>system audits, documentation</strong>, and disaster recovery planning</li>
<li>Serve as a <strong>technical lead on network projects</strong> and mentor junior team members</li>
<li>Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend improvements</li>
<li>Travel to client sites locally as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)</li>

<strong> What You Bring to the Table:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>2 + years of experience in <strong>network administration</strong> and IT infrastructure support</li>
<li>Proven expertise in <strong>switching, routing</strong>, and <strong>firewall management</strong>
</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of <strong>network security practices</strong> and access controls</li>
<li>Strong command of <strong>Microsoft environments</strong>, including Office 365 and Active Directory</li>
<li>Experience managing <strong>virtual environments</strong> (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXi, Azure)</li>
<li>Proficiency with <strong>network monitoring</strong> and diagnostic tools</li>
<li>Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines</li>

<strong> Preferred Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)</li>
<li>Industry certifications such as <strong>CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CompTIA Network+</strong>, or <strong>Microsoft Certified</strong>
</li>
<li>Experience working in a <strong>MSP (Managed Services Provider)</strong> environment is a plus</li>
