Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong interest in healthcare and direct patient care.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a clinical environment.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work with medical devices.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to stand, bend, and assist patients throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare or patient-care role (CNA, Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Aide, Athletic Trainer, etc.).
- Coursework or degree in kinesiology, exercise science, biology, athletic training, or related fields.
- Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, outpatient clinic, or medical office settings.
- Familiarity with orthotics, prosthetics, therapeutic footwear, or durable medical equipment (DME).
- Experience with medical documentation or electronic health records.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing certification in orthotics, prosthetics, or pedorthics.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour, based on experience.
