Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and career-focused individuals to join our Comprehensive BA-QA and Data Analyst program, a fully remote, hands-on training opportunity designed to prepare candidates for careers in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Data Analytics.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to build practical, job-ready skills in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, software testing, SQL, reporting, and data visualization while gaining exposure to real-world business and technical workflows.
Participants will learn how to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensure software quality, and turn data into actionable insights using industry-relevant tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Support stakeholder communication and requirement discussions
- Participate in requirement elicitation and documentation processes
- Understand and apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Assist in preparing BRDs, process documents, and requirement-related deliverables
- Conduct gap analysis and support feasibility assessments
- Participate in JAD sessions and business process discussions
Quality Assurance- Understand and apply software testing concepts and QA processes
- Create and execute manual test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Work through the defect life cycle
- Support software quality validation and testing activities
- Understand STLC and test documentation standards
Data Analytics- Write and understand SQL queries
- Work with database fundamentals, data modeling, and normalization
- Analyze and interpret data for business insights
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
- Apply data visualization best practices
- Gain exposure to business intelligence, Splunk, data mining, and big data concepts
- Understand foundational concepts of machine learning in analytics workflows
