Who we are
Composio - Building the Future of Agentic Actions
We're building the future of Agentic Actions. We empower AI Agents to interact with hundreds of applications/tools and take autonomous actions, streamlining workflows and unlocking new possibilities.
At Composio, we are a tiny team of engineers - we build fast, fail faster and entrust our team with blanket autonomy. We really follow the Netflix sentiment “Adequate performance gets a generous severance package.”
What we expect from you
- Ship - we want you to be shipping all the time, we aim to ship to production multiple times a week( or even a day).
- Agency - we want you to take agency and initiative, this will be an extremely self directed and broad role - you have to be a self starter.
- Communication - as a small high agency team, communication is key above all, the expectation is to over-communicate not under-communicate
Benefits and perks
At Composio, we provide aim to provide best in class benefits. Great salary, full health benefits including dependents, strong equity grants, equipment stipend, and much more.
Beyond compensation, there are a few things that we believe is different about working at Composio:

- Ownership: We're a company with a high ownership, high autonomy culture. We hope that you'll come in, help us, and over the course of many years do the best work of your life. When we bring you onboard, we expect you to change the company.
- New hard problems: We are literally at the frontier, and the work you will do especially in this role will be pushing said frontier - you will constantly have new interesting and hard problems to solve
- Growth: You will be joining us at the ground floor of what we expect to be a rocketship, there will be plentiful opportunities for growth.
Skills
We are always looking for dx not x
As a pre-PMF company, our requirements can change at any time, so we mostly value the speed at which you can learn. That said here are some hard skills we’d like you to have:
- system design and architecture
- containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- troubleshooting complex systems and performance tuning
Bonus, not required but nice to have:
- experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- familiarity with our stack: Python, Next.js, and Typescript
- experience with monitoring and logging tools
Things we don’t need or care for
- Degrees
- we hate whiteboard questions, we don’t require you to have any knowledge or skills in this degree
