About the Role
They are looking for a creative and user-centric Product Designer to join their growing team in Bangalore. As a key member of the design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and delightful user experiences across their digital products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into elegant, functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals
2. Design user interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
4. Iterate on design solutions based on user insights and performance metrics
5. Ensure consistency in design through the creation and maintenance of design systems
6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

1. 3–7 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar UX/UI design role
2. Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
3. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions
4. Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design principles, and user research methodologies
5. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

1. Experience working in agile product teams
2. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus
3. Prior experience designing for B2B or SaaS products
