About the Role
They are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join the Founder's Office in Bangalore. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that offers a front-row seat to the inner workings of a fast-growing startup. You’ll work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives, special projects, and business operations, playing a critical role in driving growth and solving key challenges across the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the founders to execute high-priority projects and business decisions
2. Drive strategic initiatives across product, operations, growth, and hiring
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making
4. Manage cross-functional communication and ensure seamless execution of plans
5. Help set up and optimize internal processes and systems
6. Represent the leadership team in meetings and follow-ups

Requirements

1. 3-7 years of experience in consulting, VC, product, strategy, or fast-paced startup roles
2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
4. Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and take ownership
5. Comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple responsibilities
6. Passionate about startups and willing to wear multiple hats
