Qualification

• B.E / B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
• OR Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• BOM (Bill of Materials) Consolidation: Experienced in consolidating and validating electronic component BOMs across multiple projects and product lines.
• Data & Spend Analysis: Skilled in analyzing component spend, cost drivers, supplier data, and market intelligence to support sourcing and engineering decisions.
• Commodity Management Exposure:
  
  

Hands-on Experience Working With Electronic Commodities, Including

• PCB
• Cables & Harness
• Displays
• Relays
• Connectors
• Switches

• Component Research Tools: Proficient in using Silicon Expert for component lifecycle assessment, risk analysis, obsolescence tracking, and alternates identification.
• Should-Costing: Performed should-cost analysis for electronic modules and components to support cost optimization and supplier negotiations.
• Lifecycle & Obsolescence Management:
  
  

Experienced In Activities Such As

• Obsolescence management
• BOM review and BOM scrub
• Alternate sourcing
• Fit, Form & Function (FFF) analysis
• Component standardization

• PLM & ERP Tools:
  
  

Working Knowledge Of

• Teamcenter (PLM)
• SAP (ERP) For BOM creation, change management (ECO/ECN), material master data, and engineering documentation.
