Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Compliance Officer based in Nashik. The Senior Compliance Officer will implement and oversee the company’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies. Responsibilities include monitoring and assessing compliance risks, devising policies and procedures to mitigate risks, performing audits, and ensuring the company is aligned with all relevant laws and standards. The role also involves acting as the liaison with regulatory bodies, providing strategic recommendations to management, and fostering a culture of integrity and ethical practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Compliance Management and a strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance frameworks
- Analytical Skills to assess risks, analyze policy implications, and support decision-making processes
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with regulatory bodies, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Experience or knowledge in Finance to understand the financial implications of compliance regulations
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills and an ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in compliance or risk management are advantageous
- 4-5+years of experience in compliance domain.
- Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the financial or crypto industry
