Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as:
o Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT),
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) and Minimum Wages & Bonus Act
Verify and validate payroll inputs including:
o Salary structure, Deductions and reimbursements and Statutory Deductions
Coordinate with vendors/consultants for:
o PF, ESIC filings
o Payroll processing
o Compliance documentation
o Death Claim Settlement
Handle audits (internal/external) and provide required data
Maintain records related to:
o Salary registers, Compliance filings and Employee declarations
Identify compliance gaps and suggest corrective actions
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns
