Job Summary


The Compliance Auditor / Supervisor is responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements. This role involves conducting audits, identifying compliance gaps, implementing corrective action plans, and supervising compliance activities to mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks. The role plays a critical part in maintaining audit readiness and promoting a culture of compliance across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


Compliance Auditing & Monitoring


·      Conduct internal compliance audits across operational, Support processes.

·      Evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.

·      Perform risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities and control gaps.

·      Review documentation, transactions, workflows, and system controls for accuracy and compliance.


Supervision & Oversight


·      Supervise and guide Internal auditors.

·      Review audit findings, validate observations, and ensure consistency in audit methodology.

·      Monitor completion and effectiveness of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).


Reporting & Documentation


·      Prepare audit reports, executive summaries, and compliance dashboards for leadership review.

·      Track audit findings, trends, repeat issues, and resolution status.

·      Maintain proper audit documentation, evidence, and version control.


Regulatory & Policy Compliance


·      Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as HIPAA, SOC, ISO, ISMS.

·      Support external audits, and regulatory inspections.

·      Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing policies, procedures, and SOPs.


Training & Advisory


·      Conduct compliance awareness sessions and training for operational teams.

·      Act as a compliance advisor to operational leadership on risk mitigation and process improvement.

·      Promote a culture of ethical behaviour and continuous compliance improvement.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


·      Audit completion vs. audit plan

·      Number and severity of compliance findings

·      Timely closure of corrective action plans

·      Reduction in repeat audit findings

·      Regulatory or client audit outcomes
