Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and ISO standards
- Monitor and audit RCM processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Handle SOC 1 & SOC 2 compliance requirements and documentation
- Conduct internal audits and identify compliance gaps
- Develop and implement compliance policies and training programs
- Maintain proper documentation and reports for audits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Stay updated with changing healthcare laws and industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
- Hands-on experience with HIPAA compliance
- Good understanding of SOC 1 & SOC 2 frameworks
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 27001 preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
