We are looking for a Compliance Officer to oversee and enforce regulatory compliance throughout the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company adheres to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, safeguarding the company’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and policies.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training on compliance matters to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations to advise senior management.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with legal teams.
