🚀 We Are Hiring – Compliance Officer
📍 Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
✅ Experience Required: Post CS 2–3 years of relevant experience in compliance & secretarial functions
(Preferably in a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking / Financial Services entity)
🎓 Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Law, or related field
📜 Professional Qualification (Mandatory): Member (ACS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
Role: Compliance Officer – Financial Services / Merchant Banking
We are looking for a qualified Compliance Officer (ACS – Mandatory) with relevant experience in regulatory compliance and secretarial functions within a financial services or SEBI-regulated environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Merchant Banking Compliance & Oversight
✔ Regulatory Compliance & Liaison (SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc.)
✔ Secretarial & Corporate Governance Functions
✔ Advisory, Risk & Internal Controls
✔ Reporting & Compliance Monitoring
🔹 Strong Working Knowledge Of:
• Companies Act, 2013
• SEBI Regulations & Merchant Banker Regulations
• ROC & SEBI Filing Procedures
• SEBI (PIT) Regulations & SDD Maintenance
🔹 Skills Required:
• Strong regulatory & compliance understanding
• Excellent drafting & analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage compliance matters
• Proficiency in MCA / SEBI filing systems
• High integrity & professionalism
