Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer based in Mohali district. The Compliance Officer will oversee regulatory compliance processes, manage compliance-related policies, and ensure alignment with industry standards. Responsibilities include conducting compliance audits, assessing risks, preparing reports, and providing advisory support to teams. The officer will also facilitate communication regarding compliance expectations and ensure all financial activities adhere to applicable regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Compliance / RCM domain
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 1, and SOC 2 frameworks
- Experience in handling internal & external audits
- Familiarity with RCM processes (AR, Billing, Coding)
- Strong understanding of risk management and internal controls
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
