Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulations of the International Financial Services Centres Authority and Exchanges
- Timely submission of regulatory filings, returns, and reports
- Handle communication with Exchanges and regulators
- Conduct internal compliance monitoring and coordinate audits
- Develop and update SOPs and compliance frameworks
- Handle investor grievances and regulatory queries
- Adequate knowledge of AML / CFT / KYC framework is mandatory
- Continuous training and regulatory updates are required
- Detail-oriented with strong regulatory understanding
- Ability to handle inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in the compliance / regulatory domain
- IFSC / capital markets experience preferred
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) or relevant graduate with compliance experience
- Adequate knowledge of AML / CFT / KYC framework is mandatory
- Regulatory certifications preferred
