Job Title: UK Healthcare Compliance Officer
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive UK Healthcare Compliance Officer to oversee and ensure full compliance with UK healthcare regulations and standards. This role is critical in maintaining regulatory integrity, minimizing risks, and supporting operational excellence for UK-based healthcare services.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UK compliance frameworks and a strong understanding of healthcare governance, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure full compliance with UK healthcare regulations, including CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards, NHS guidelines, and safeguarding policies
• Develop, implement, and regularly update internal compliance policies and procedures in line with UK regulatory frameworks
• Conduct internal audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments to identify and address potential gaps
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting
• Monitor regulatory updates and proactively implement necessary changes within the organisation
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA)
• Ensure GDPR compliance, including data protection, confidentiality, and information governance practices
• Support onboarding and compliance verification of healthcare professionals (background checks, documentation validation, etc.)
• Collaborate with UK stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to ensure smooth compliance operations
• Deliver compliance training and awareness sessions to internal teams
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in UK healthcare compliance, medical compliance, or regulatory roles
• Strong working knowledge of:
• CQC standards and inspection frameworks
• NHS policies and healthcare governance
• GDPR and data protection regulations
• Safeguarding and risk management practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and organisational abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with UK-based teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
