Role Objective:
To ensure that BP Securities India Pvt. Ltd. operates in full compliance with regulatory requirements issued by RBI and other authorities, while supporting the growth of the InstantFunds digital lending platform.
Core Competencies:
- RBI NBFC Regulations
- KYC / AML Compliance
- FIU-IND Reporting (STR, CTR)
- CKYC Integration & Reporting
- Digital Lending Guidelines
- Internal Audit & Risk Management
- Policy Drafting & Regulatory Documentation
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and regulatory interpretation skills
- Attention to detail and risk assessment capability
- Good communication for regulator interaction
- Familiarity with fintech / loan management systems
Preferred Candidate Background:
- Experience in NBFC, fintech, or banking sector
- Hands-on exposure to audits and RBI inspections
- Knowledge of loan lifecycle compliance (origination to collections)
Salary: As per industry standards
