Position: Compliance Officer

Role Responsibilities
- Review and interpret policy documents, regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Evaluate compliance processes and audit readiness
- Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies in documentation and workflows
- Assess adherence to regulatory and organizational standards
- Support development of structured compliance review scenarios
- Analyze reports and ensure logical accuracy and completeness
- Provide clear, well-structured summaries and evaluations
- Collaborate with teams to maintain quality and consistency in outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Business, Finance, Environmental Studies, or related field
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience in regulatory agencies, municipal administration, licensing, environmental or procurement compliance
- Ability to interpret complex policy documents and guidelines
- Experience in audit processes, documentation review, and risk identification
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
