Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Monitoring Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Compliance Monitoring Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the compliance monitoring program to ensure adherence to aviation safety and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively, managing compliance documentation, and liaising with regulatory bodies. The role also involves training and guiding staff regarding regulatory compliance and supporting the broader team to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in aviation compliance, quality, or safety oversight
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
- Knowledge of DGCA regulations, compliance, and safety standards
- Experience in managing DGCA audits, inspections, and compliance reports
- Proficiency in documentation management, reporting, and record-keeping
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to guide teams effectively
- Familiarity with Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) standards
- Certification and/or experience in aviation quality assurance or compliance monitoring is preferred
