🚨 We’re Hiring: Compliance Professional | Mumbai
A leading Fund Management Firm, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Compliance Professional to join their growing team.
📍 Location: Mumbai
🗓 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and manage compliance for the RTA business
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements for RTA, NBFC, and group entities
- Support setup and compliance for GIFT City (IFSCA & SEZ regulations) for funds/FME
- Oversee corporate secretarial activities, including meetings and statutory filings
- Coordinate with administrators, custodians, banks, clients, and internal teams (including GIFT operations)
- Review and draft fund documents, constitutional documents, and internal policies
- Assist with AML compliance processes
- Handle client queries related to compliance matters
- Lead compliance-related regulatory matters and manage team responsibilities
💼 Who Should Apply:
- Professionals with experience in compliance, fund management, NBFC, or regulatory environments
- Strong knowledge of SEBI/RBI regulations and corporate secretarial practices
- Prior exposure to GIFT City regulations is a plus
