🔍 We’re Hiring | Compliance Professional – GIFT City
We are looking for an experienced Compliance professional with strong exposure to SEBI AIF / PMS regulations to join our team in GIFT City.
Experience Required:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in the securities market or financial products
✔️ Background in Portfolio Management, Broker-Dealer, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, Research, or Fund Management
✔️ Prior exposure to AIF/PMS/IFSC Compliance will be highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Coordinate with clients on SEBI AIF/PMS compliance matters
▪️ Handle and resolve regulatory and compliance-related queries
▪️ Support and coordinate during regulatory inspections and audits
▪️ Assist in group-level restructuring and regulatory projects
▪️ Ensure ongoing and future regulatory compliance for the organization
Skill Set:
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes
✅Must Have IFSC Knowledge.
