🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Professional to manage and ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compliance processes, audits, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and government authorities.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.)
- Manage statutory filings, returns, and timely submission of dues
- Handle audits, inspections, and government queries
- Maintain accurate compliance records and employee statutory data
- Monitor changes in labour laws and update internal policies
- Support employees on statutory-related queries and concerns
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in labour law compliance / statutory compliance
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and other labour regulations
- Good documentation and audit handling skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
