Job Title: Manager – Compliance & MIS
Location: Sector 58, Noida
Salary: ₹10–12 LPA
Role Summary
We are seeking a Manager – Compliance & MIS responsible for managing statutory compliances, financial reporting, and management information systems. The role requires strong knowledge of taxation, payroll compliance, accounting standards, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- TDS Compliance: Preparation, reconciliation, and filing of TDS returns; monitoring deductions and challans.
- Payroll Compliance: Oversee statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, and related filings.
- GST: Support GST reconciliation, compliance monitoring, and return filings.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, analyze financial data, and provide insights to management.
- Financial Statements: Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and support audits.
- Import–Export Compliance: Basic understanding of import/export regulations and documentation.
- Accounting Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in compliance, accounting, or MIS roles.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and payroll compliances
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
