Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Manager role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the organization complies with industry regulations and internal policies. Key daily duties will include monitoring compliance procedures, handling audits, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, and ensuring adherence to local and international laws regarding distribution and trade practices. The role also involves working closely with multiple teams to maintain ethical standards and policies across operations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations, risk management, and legal frameworks.
- Experience with operational audits and implementing corrective action plans.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting to monitor compliance performance effectively.
- Highly developed organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the agricultural commodities and distribution sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for compliance monitoring and reporting is a plus.
