Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Manager based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Compliance Manager will oversee the development and implementation of compliance policies to ensure adherence to SEBI regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting internal audits, monitoring regulatory changes, providing compliance training, and maintaining regulatory filings. The role also involves ensuring proper risk management processes are in place and collaborating with various teams to address compliance-related concerns.

- Thorough knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance policies
- Expertise in conducting audits and managing regulatory filings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and collaboration
- Ability to remain detail-oriented while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in regulatory and compliance software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or a related field; professional certifications like LLB or CS are a plus
