We are looking for a hands-on Compliance Lead to manage RBI (NBFC) and ROC compliance end-to-end. This is an execution-focused role with ownership of regulatory filings, compliance tracking, and coordination with management and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (NBFC regulations)
- Preparation and filing of RBI returns (NBS/DNBS as applicable)
- Oversee ROC compliance including AOC-4, MGT-7, board resolutions, and statutory records
- Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely filings
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulators
- Assist in AML/KYC compliance and FIU reporting processes
- Track regulatory changes and implement internally
Requirements
- 4–8 years experience in NBFC / financial services compliance
- Strong working knowledge of RBI NBFC regulations and ROC filings
- Background: CS / CA Inter / LLB preferred
- Must be execution-focused (not only advisory)
