We are looking for a Compliance / Labour Law Intern to support statutory and labour law compliance activities. The role involves maintaining records, assisting in registrations and renewals, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishment Act, Labour Laws, and other statutory regulations.
• Assist in registration, renewal, and amendments under labour legislations.
• Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and returns.
• Track compliance requirements and stay updated with changes in labour laws.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Freshers only are eligible to apply.
• Knowledge of labour laws such as CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Shops & Establishment Act.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
