Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panaji for the position of Compliance Head. As the Compliance Head, your primary responsibilities include overseeing and managing the organization’s policies to ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. You will lead the development and implementation of compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, stay updated on evolving regulations, and liaise with regulatory bodies. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to establish and implement best practices that align with the organization's business objectives while adhering to mandated regulations.

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Head to join our growing FinTech team and lead our regulatory and compliance framework.
📍 Location: Goa / Mumbai / Chennai
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the company’s overall compliance strategy
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary policies
• Manage compliance audits, risk assessments, and reporting
• Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in Compliance / Regulatory Affairs
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or Payments industry preferred
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
