Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Executive based in Gurugram. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s adherence to regulatory guidelines, conducting compliance audits, and analyzing company operations for risk assessment. The candidate will collaborate with teams to address potential compliance concerns, support in drafting policies, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
- Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance frameworks.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and collaborative skills to work with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data for risk assessment and decision-making.
- Law: Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks and regulations.
- Detail-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the risk management or compliance domain is a plus.
