Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Executive to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and smooth processing of insurance-related operations for our Australian clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage compliance documentation efficiently while supporting internal teams with administrative and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with AFSL licence obligations and regulatory requirements set by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
- Assist in maintaining and updating compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Maintain compliance registers such as the breach register, the complaints register, and the conflicts of interest register.
- Assist in reviewing regulatory documents such as Financial Services Guides (FSG) and disclosure documents.
- Provide compliance support and guidance to internal teams and authorised representatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, compliance, or insurance processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage documentation and maintain organised records
- Basic knowledge of insurance, financial services, or compliance processes (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems
Job Timing
- Willingness to work in an early morning shift aligned with Australian business hours
- (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST)
