Role Description The Compliance Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Mohali district, with a mix of on-site work and the option for some work from home. The role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and applicable regulatory or industry standards relevant to digital marketing and agency operations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing processes and documentation for adherence to compliance procedures, conducting regular internal audits, and tracking corrective actions. The Compliance Coordinator will prepare reports, maintain compliance records, and assist in developing or updating policies and standard operating procedures. The role also involves coordinating and delivering training sessions to team members, responding to compliance-related queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, HR, and project management to mitigate risks and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Regulatory Compliance, including understanding of relevant policies, standards, and best practices.
- Proven Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends or gaps, and recommend practical compliance improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to prepare clear reports, documentation, and guidance for internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Training and awareness initiatives, including developing materials and facilitating sessions for diverse teams.
- Auditing experience, including planning and conducting internal audits, documenting findings, and following up on corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, compliance, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a digital or agency environment; familiarity with marketing or technology companies is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
