Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all defined SOPs and checklists related to tours and guest handling.
- Position oneself effectively to ensure visibility and clear sound during narration.
- Attend daily briefings and follow instructions from senior management.
- Stay updated on tour scripts, newly shot locations, and special events.
- Adhere to the prescribed dress code and grooming guidelines.
- Handle complaints and unexpected situations with composure and professionalism.
Education
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
- Previous experience in tour guiding, public speaking, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred. Experience in theme parks or entertainment venues would be an advantage.
Language Skills
- Excellent command of English and Hindi is essential. Proficiency in additional languages, including Telugu, other regional Indian languages, or international languages, would be an added advantage.
Knowledge
- A keen interest in cinema, filmmaking, and general entertainment. Familiarity with Indian culture and tourism would be beneficial.
