Job Title: Compliance Associate Manager Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Compliance Associate Manager to oversee compliance training, policy management, and regulatory adherence across the organization. The role involves coordinating compliance initiatives, supporting audits, and ensuring that all business operations align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance Training & Communication
- Develop, implement, and manage organization-wide compliance training programs.
- Coordinate and track mandatory training sessions to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Communicate compliance updates, regulatory changes, and policy revisions to employees.
Compliance Committee Coordination & Oversight
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and the Compliance Committee.
- Organize and facilitate committee meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on compliance initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on compliance matters and regulatory developments.
Policy Management & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee the development, review, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with industry regulations, internal standards, and best practices.
- Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement policy changes effectively.
Compliance Risk Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor internal compliance practices and identify potential risks or gaps.
- Maintain comprehensive compliance records, including policies, training logs, and committee reports.
- Generate compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Support internal audits, investigations, and corrective action processes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Analytical mindset with risk assessment capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tracking tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or governance roles
- Experience in BPO/ITES or corporate compliance environment preferred
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in handling audits and regulatory inspections
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
