Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Associate based in Chennai. The Compliance Associate will be responsible for overseeing and managing regulatory compliance within the organization, ensuring legal compliance in all areas of operation. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, analyzing data to identify compliance risks, and communicating with regulatory bodies. The Compliance Associate will also assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Handle end-to-end company formation in various jurisdictions.
- Prepare and file incorporation documents and liaise with relevant authorities.
- Maintain statutory registers and company records.
- Ensure timely filing of annual returns, resolutions, and other legal documents.
- Monitor and support ongoing compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Assist with business licensing, tax registrations, and regulatory updates.
