About the Role
We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to own and drive all compliance and certification activities across our organisation. You will ensure we maintain and expand our compliance posture across global standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR — all of which are mandatory requirements for this role.
This is not a technical cybersecurity engineering role. Instead, we are looking for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at cross-team coordination to manage day-to-day compliance operations, audits, and certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing SOC 2 compliance through Vanta and ensure continuous monitoring.
- Lead and coordinate activities required to maintain ISO 27001 certification and GDPR compliance.
- Work with internal teams (engineering, product, support, etc.) to ensure timely completion of compliance tasks.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, evidence, and audit reports across all active frameworks.
- Track and follow up on compliance-related tasks and deadlines within Vanta.
- Provide regular support ticket reporting and conduct service quality analysis for leadership.
- Partner with external auditors and certification bodies to facilitate audits.
- Prepare clear, concise compliance updates for internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Vanta for compliance management (must-have).
- Previous experience managing compliance for a SaaS organisation.
- Excellent coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Not a security engineer — but deeply understands compliance requirements, controls, and regulatory frameworks.
