GTIS is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with information security frameworks, compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.
* Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance programs and security frameworks.
* Conduct gap assessments, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
* Support certification and audit activities for:
* PCI DSS
* ISO/IEC 27001
* GDPR
* SOC 2
* HIPAA
* NIST
* CIS Controls
* Develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and compliance documentation.
* Track audit findings and remediation activities.
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams during compliance engagements.
* Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices.
* Prepare compliance reports, evidence packs, and audit-ready documentation.
* Support third-party risk assessments and vendor compliance reviews.
* Strong understanding of PCI DSS and ISO 27001 requirements.
* Knowledge of GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST, and other security frameworks.
* Experience in compliance audits, risk management, and information security governance.
* Familiarity with security controls, vulnerability management, and risk treatment processes.
* Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
* PCI DSS ISA / QSA (preferred)
* CISA
* CISM
* CEH
* CRISC
* Any relevant compliance or cybersecurity certification
* Exposure to global cybersecurity and compliance projects.
