About ComplexChaos

At ComplexChaos, we design AI-powered systems to help leaders navigate collective action in a fragmented world. When sustainability and strategy require engagement from dozens of stakeholders across disciplines and borders, we help cut through the noise—so alignment becomes a breeze, not a bottleneck.

Our tools are used by teams leading some of the world’s most complex transformations. Whether setting climate targets across supply chains or engaging community voices in global health planning, we offer a new kind of leverage: fast, inclusive, and auditable stakeholder intelligence.

We’re now hiring a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our core team and deepen our partnerships in the field.

Your Mission

You will be the voice of the stakeholder inside ComplexChaos and the voice of ComplexChaos in our community. Your job is to help professionals doing stakeholder engagement work—across climate, health, diplomacy, and beyond—learn how to amplify their efforts through collaboration and AI. You’ll work closely with our product, partnerships, and research teams to ensure our tools resonate with real-world practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture a global community of stakeholder engagement practitioners, especially those working on sustainability and social impact.
  • Engage with clients and partners from multilaterals, NGOs, foundations, and social enterprises, serving as a trusted interface and knowledge bridge.
  • Translate field insight into action, bringing the realities of stakeholder engagement into our product roadmap, strategy, and training content.
  • Co-design workflows and use cases that reflect best practices from diplomacy, health equity, climate finance, and more.
  • Represent ComplexChaos in stakeholder-facing contexts—from onboarding new clients to facilitating roundtables or pilots.
  • Champion ethical, inclusive, and culturally aware approaches to multistakeholder engagement.

Y

  • 10+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership building, community management, or public affairs.
  • A track record of work within or alongside institutions like the United Nations, World Economic Forum, WHO, global NGOs, foundations, or comparable entities.
  • Deep fluency in multilateral and cross-sector dynamics, particularly across the SDG domains—climate, health, gender, education, food systems, and governance.
  • Exceptional communication skills across diverse audiences—diplomats, government reps, activists, scientists, business leaders.
  • High emotional intelligence, intercultural sensitivity, and systems thinking.
  • Bonus if you've worked with or around emerging technologies, AI, or digital facilitation tools.
  • Based in Geneva, Switzerland or with strong networks in Geneva’s global ecosystem (but we’re open to remote for the right candidate).

What We Offer

  • A seat at the table in an ambitious, mission-driven startup working on the biggest challenges of our time.
  • Flexible location and schedule.
  • Collaborators who are wise, curious, and committed to reshaping systems—not just fixing symptoms.
  • Opportunities for visibility, leadership, and long-term growth.
