Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site role located in Kathua for a position at HDFC Bank, where the candidate will be responsible for facilitating customer engagement and delivering various financial services. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, driving sales of banking products, assessing credit profiles, providing insurance solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The selected candidate will also ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal standards, support business growth, and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Finance and Credit analysis for understanding customer needs and evaluating credit solutions.
- Proficiency in effective Communication and interpersonal skills to manage and build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Knowledge of banking products such as Insurance and lending solutions to offer tailored services.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs is a plus.
