Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Complaints Handling Executive based in Bengaluru South. The executive will manage customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution with a professional demeanor. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to address issues, documenting all complaints accurately, tracking resolutions, and maintaining records. The role also involves analyzing recurring customer concerns to suggest process improvements and providing excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and effective handling of complaints
- Ability to document procedures, track issues, and analyze data for recurring trends
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and customer support systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, manage on-site operations, and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Customer Service, Business, Communications, etc.)
