Summary
Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):
The Vehicle Test Drive Support Engineer will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing competitor car and functional drives such as KAF, MAF, and MMD . This role involves hands-on preparation of vehicles, coordination with internal teams, and active participation in test drives to evaluate vehicle performance
Authority
Ensure vehicle readiness, Vehicle audit, support test execution, and contribute to post-drive analysis and documentation.

Description
- Prepare vehicles KAF/ exploded view documentation, for management drive
- Prepare vehicles for test drives, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and safety compliance.
- Conduct pre-drive inspections and readiness checks.
- Coordinate with workshop and EK teams for any modifications or repairs
- Collaborate with test engineers and drivers during execution of test protocols
- Provide real-time support during drives, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Record observations and anomalies during test runs.
- Compile and verify all necessary documentation including: Test plans, Checklists, Vehicle audit, Handover, Permits, Safety protocols etc
- Assist in collecting and organizing test data & feedback from various sources (KPM tickets, ASL car feedback, SKIN cars feedback, Warm land test & driver feedback, etc.)
- Support basic analysis and interpretation of results.
- Contribute to compiling test reports and feedback summaries
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving test results.
- Maintain organized records for future references and audits.
