Support job pricing and market benchmarking using compensation survey data. Prepare Excel‑based models, dashboards, and trackers for compensation reporting. Respond to routine compensation queries from HRBPs with guidance and analysis. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to compensation frameworks and policies. Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience & Qualifications5–6 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards. Strong understanding of core compensation practices, including pay structures, market benchmarking, and annual pay review cycles. Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, macro, data modeling). High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive data. Ability to work independently with guidance. Clear communication skills and ability to explain compensation concepts to HR partners. PreferredExperience working in a large or matrixed organization.
